Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment and depending on availability. Holidays and weekends may create an additional delay.

Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that all information is correct as we are not liable for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping information. If incorrect shipping is entered, please contact us within 24 hours of the sale. Please create an account and ensure that your contact information is current and accurate. You may update this at any time simply by signing into your account. If for any reason you are having trouble creating an account or updating it, please contact us for assistance. 

Items are shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority or UPS. Expedited shipping is available at a higher cost to the customer.  Tracking numbers are sent once an item is ready to ship. We are not responsible for package delays, lost or undelivered packages by the USPS. No refunds are given for packages that show that they have been delivered. Please follow up with USPS/ UPS with any concerns.

During this pandemic, some packages may be delayed. Please check your tracking number and allow extra time for the package to arrive. 

If "Free shipping" is offered and applied, it is only applicable to the same order and may not be combined with any other orders. 

 Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. 

We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
