Return Policy
Due to the availability of the items, all sales are FINAL.
Refunds and partial refunds will ONLY be granted if you received an defective item, the incorrect item, seller cannot fulfill your order, or items are out of stock. Â
We take pride in what we sell. All items are inspected prior to shipping, however if a NEW item is received defective upon receipt or is non-repairable, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to request store credit.
All items must be unused and unworn. Normal wear and tear or any indication of the item being worn will denied. No exceptions!
You may be asked to send the item back or submit proof of the damage in order for credit to be issued. Once an item is received and inspected, your credit will be sent via the email provided. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO RETURN TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Exchanges are ONLY welcome if you would like a different size of the same item. However some items are limited and replacement cannot be guaranteed.
You may be eligible to receive store credit but thos is not guaranteed. This will ONLY be at the discretion of A'lil Sassy kollection.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and jewelry.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All items under the "Sassy Under $25" are FINAL. No exceptions!Â
Items such as open O rings, jump rings or adhesive loss can be repaired. Please contact us for assistance.

All items are sold as pictured, however due to the lighting, the color may be slightly off as pictured.
